TL;DR: Mediocre food with a messed up order. The tables and eating area were dirty. Terrible bathrooms and kitchen as... well. Review: I'll just add to the long list of bad reviews at this place. People that left good reviews probably got lucky,didn't notice or care about the conditions, or used the drive-through. They messed up and used honey mustard instead of normalon my sandwich. Almost all the condiment packets were gone along with the ketchup cups; instead, there were sugar packets andbits of trash shoved in the slots. In the Freestyle machine, half of the drink options were empty. The dining area floor is avery grimy dated carpet. In the picture, the dirt is hard to see, but there were lots of crumbs under the tables. There werealso a few tables still dirty with one having a Wendy's bag on the seat. The bathrooms are the absolute worst of all. In themen's room, (with no doors or dividers by the way) the toilet didn't flush and had been used several times. There was toiletpaper on the seat, floor and urinal. (I censored that picture because this is a Wendy's review after all; people here are tryingto look for lunch.) When I talked with someone who used the woman's bathroom, they said that none of the doors closed or lockedand the soap dispenser was broken and empty. As it seemed most of the employees are women, I really hope they're washing theirhands in the back. And judging by the bathrooms, the kitchen is probably in the same condition. They say you can judge a wholerestaurant by it's bathroom, and this one completely failed. Please, get these employees a new manager or some new jobs and putthis poor business out of it's misery. Do your self a favor and eat somewhere else like Chick-fil-A where you know you're atleast going to get a clean toilet to use. Read more
This place is a DISASTER! We started at the drive through. Waited 20 minutes only to find out they did not have any salads. ... Then tried to order from the standard menu,?.. to dead air. After an additional 5 minutes we gave up and went inside. Onceinside it was clear why the place was such a miserable failure. Not one person, NOT ONE, was doing ANYTHING that resembled aconscientious effort to serve customers. No idea if a manager was even on site. There was one woman with a blue shirt and aheadset on that may have been in charge but she was doing anything but managing the situation. I understand that the folks thatwork at fast food restaurants are often out of other options, or are students just trying to order some extra money but whenevery single person is clearly not engaged, well that is a management issue. Sadly, the folks working at this Wendy?s are allprobably wondering why life has been so ?unfair? to them not realizing that an ounce of effort would eventually set them apartand provide opportunities for them. Slow. 30 minutes to get order. Dirty. Manager was in the back and she was only one working. All the staff appeared high. They... spent most of their time walking around doing nothing or gathering in the back office. Half the staff were outside. A familythat was there next to us waited 45 minutes for their food, it was never made. They demanded their money back and it took thestaff another 20 minutes to even figure out how to do that. This was the evening shift on 9/2/2022. They all should be fired.Horrible service. Literally had frozen fries mixed in with our ?cooked? but cold fries. Absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms weredestroyed and a health hazard. Vile and repulsive place to eat. Save your money. Read more
Went to try their French toast and got a side of bacon. The French toast smelt funny and tasted like they were cooked in old... grease. The bacon was burnt, nothing was fresh. This location needs attention from cooperate FAST! I understand it?s a pandemicand (good) workers are hard to fine! That doesn?t mean the workers that?s currently employed shouldn?t give the customers theirbest! The worst $4.40 spent! Read more
This was perhaps the most unhygienic dump I have ever stepped foot in, and as a long time occasional customer of Wendy's, it was... a colossal disappointment. Unfriendly service, slow as molasses, water leaks everywhere and literally garbage on the floor - Ihave never been in a dirtier convenience food outlet in the first world. With no hyperbole this was the worst restaurant I haveset foot in in 20 years. Read more
I would have given 0 stars if possible. It's Friday September 3 just before 8pm and there are only three individuals to run the... entire restaurant when I walked in. The first thing that was said to me was, "there's no one here to take your order."Fortunately for that young man, a lady came to the counter to take my order. The sandwich I ordered was or course cold but theworst part was how DISGUSTING the inside of that building was. There was literally a smashed cockroach on the lobby floor. The service was horrible. Just to start, I am a Disabled Veteran of the United States Army. We drove into the lot where there... was a long line for the drive thru. Looking inside we could see a few people inside eating, so I decided to skip the drive thruand go dine in, we needed the break from sitting in the car on our trip. After waiting for our food I sat down to eat and heardsomeone scream "CARRYOUT ONLY!" From behind the register. I was later approached by the manager and told that there was a signthat stated carryout only. I made her aware that the only reason I even attempted to dine in was the fact that I saw with my owneyes ???? 3 (WHITE) customers eating at tables inside, I even pointed to some leftover food and drinks left on the tables. Iimmediately walked out and took a picture of the door, which had no indication or signage to confirm what the manager wassaying. As my receipt said I was a Dine in customer so we did just that. The entire time eating the staff tried to intimidate meon numerous occasions. Meantime half the employees didn't even have masks on while preparing the food. I am so happy that I wasonly passing thru. I will never visit that establishment again. I also took video for just in case the employees tried anything.In the video you can hear all the comments they were making about us eating there. I definitely felt discriminated against. After many hours of driving & sitting in congested traffic, we stopped to get something to eat. Pulled up & restaurant was... completely deserted. Lobby doors open, but not taking orders inside. Went and used the restroom, absolutely no soap in thebathrooms. Which means employees aren?t washing their hands when they are finished in the restroom either. Left to go eatsomewhere else. Read more
