What took us so long to try this place. It is owned by a husband and wife team. Definitely small business ... and their... chicken was fantastic. It was hot and had a crispy outer coating. If you love fried chicken and other fried things, get over here! It?s finger licking good! The chicken has the perfect amount of... batter on it and it?s fried to a golden crunchiness. I have heard of this place for awhile now but never tried it. It's near the Costco we go to. We called a few times and it was... busy, so we drove there instead. Well worth the trip guys! We ordered bone in fried chicken, dark meat only, the 6 shrimp and 6oyster combo with hush puppies and fried okra. We also added 6 wings wet spicy and the fried gizzard giblets. Wow! Best fried chicken I've had in a long time! Sides are good. The wings are spiritual, we went with the the spicy orange. The... fried rice is awesome. We went with the classic tenders, which were juicy, crispy and delicious, and paired perfectly with ranchand the Louisiana style got sauce they provide! 5 out of 5, for sure! Read more
