Elizabeth was so unprofessional. I walked in at 6, they closed at 10. I wanted to get 6 sandwiches and she looked at me and said... "I was going to close early. I've been here till 11 and it's not fair!". She made my sandwiches. I was over charged and pointedit out to her and she said it's the computer not her. She kept saying "your mad at me aren't you?" Came in with a friend on my lunch. only one person ahead of us. Two employees there still didn't get help us for about 7... minutes. So off to a great start. They made the sandwiches poorly went to pay with a gift card I had they said the machineisn't working for gift cards. Then proceeded to ask me to pay another way. Why would they wait until after they make my food totell me this? There was no sign up saying that they weren't taking gift cards at that time. So I walked out with out my lunchfor that day because I only get a short lunch break at work. Been going to that subway since I was a kid. Congrats subway youguys just lost a customer for life. I'll be throwing away that gift card as well since you guys don't accept them anyways. Read more

I have visited this Subway twice. Both times, I came during business hours only to find the door locked. Today, Sunday, I... visited the store at 11:30am. The hours on the sign and website say they're open 9am to 8pm. The doors were locked with anemployee inside. This location has officially lost my business. Read more
