Neat, clean and good soup is served. Broccoli cheddar is the best
Ordered the you pick 2 combo was barely any soup in the cup it looked like they put a small ladle full into the cup. My husbands... food was ok except he asked for an apple as a side and they gave him chips and a dry pickle. It all was just ok. We didn't getdrinks and shared a pastry and it came out to about $36 for the two of us which felt steep for what we got. Idk if we will becoming back. Read more
Went to get a charged lemonade and well they were all gross. They all tasted like they were fermented. But the service was... fantastic the person gave us a full refund for the drinks and cleaned the drink hoppers right away. They didn't waste any timefixing the issue! Read more
Slowest service I've ever experienced at any Panera. Placed a mobile order. Waited in the parking lot for 10+minutes waiting for... my order to be brought out. (I was unable to go inside because of small kids in the car.) I attempted to call the location, butnobody answered the phone. I went through the drive through and waited an additional 20+ minutes to receive the one item Iordered. I was told twice my order wasn't ready, despite receiving the notification that the order was ready. Second experiencewith a mobile curb side pick up at this location, and both experiences were awful. Read more
While I was waiting for a pickup order I watched two employees loudly talk about how entitled an older customer was for asking... one of them to help her to her car. The customer was polite and even offered a tip for the assistance. A younger dark hairedemployee said she'd rather jam a knife in her eye than offer that level of service to someone. The conversation between the twoemployees went on for much too long and was very uncomfortable to listen to. All of this was going on while they had aridiculous backlog of orders and several employees were milling around aimless. I don't think anyone expects stellar servicefrom Panera, but they need to do better than allowing their employees to loudly talk so rudely about customers instead offilling orders. Read more
Panera is really amazing with their free fountain drink offer until Independence day but patrons beware! I went to take... advantage of the free ice coffee around 5PM and it was filled with gnat city! :( Read more
I?m done! Last 2 visits were bad! Last time salads were not fresh and I had an Asian dressing on a Greek salad ???? Today was... just gross! Checked my pick up order, One soup was missing, they corrected it and added a cookie. Got home, salads are wilted,the cucumber salad was frozen, and my husband found a HAIR in his soup!!!! ???? The service when I walked in today I felt welcomed, Courtney and Jersey greeted me, Courtney took my order and she was so kind... to carry a conversation with me for I have been indoors for a week and haven't ate a thing and then the manager Kealoha came upto assist me and she was also so very kind. She made me feel seen and heard and addressed my needs and made me feel like afriend.. I truly appreciate her kindness for making me feel cared for and for treating me like a friend, being so kind and shelet me know that regardless of what's going on in life that everything will be okay with balance. Kealoha truly made my day andher staff Courtney and Jersey did as well for they all were so kind when I've been having a really rough past week. I definitelyrecommend this location! It was super clean and organized coming in, calm atmosphere and very kind people. The food was preparedwell too, pleased with my portion and the soup !!
