Went to LITTLE CEASARS Saturday night at 9:36 PM, mission gorge road, santee. Walked in and we?re told that they were CLOSED... !!!!!!!!. Told employee that they were open till 10:00 PM and again we were told that they were CLOSED!! 4 other vehicles hadpulled up to the store and they were told the same thing. Second time coming in this week. Definitely could use some improvements. I ordered over phone both times to see if I would get... any different results. First visit, Italian Cheese Bread and one cheese and one pepperoni basic pizza. All appeared and tastedcooked to order. No issues. Today 08-03-2021. Ordered Stuffed Crust Pepperoni, hot and ready when I came in within 15 minutes.There was a line when I arrived so I had to wait outside until people cleared out. Received food and was out the door. Staffcould use some encouraging words on friendliness, super quite did not greet upon assisting. Door coming and going to businessslams shut so watch out. Will return in a week or so and see if any improvements can be mentioned. Read more
The cashier said it would be 9-14 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes. One of my pepperoni pizzas was missing pepperoni. No... biggie. It was really busy on a Sunday at 6pm. They?re kids, at least they had good manners and were nice. Read more
Went there today to grab a pizza i waited 20 minutes to get one pepperoni pizza people just walking in grab pizza. Had my car... running with kids 20 minutes for one pizza. The pizza look like old and half was empty and dry for waiting 20 minutes not worthit. Read more
While extremely busy, this place has impressed me over the years. Just recently, I ordered online and went to go pick up my... order in-store. While I was waiting in line, Pziphora, who was working the front register, was expertly handling extremely rudecustomers, one after another. She kept her professionalism and cool, all while assisting the other workers in the back andmanaging orders. When my order was ready, she even came outside where I was waiting and hand-delivered my order to me. I feltthis level of customer care deserved to be acknowledged! Absolute WORST service of any fast food restaurant i?ve ever been too. While waiting, a gentleman came in complaining about hair... in his food, and as he walked out a boy in the kitchen says ?there are way too many ?karen?s? that come in here?. OUT LOUD.which is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I Waited 25 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, and eventually asked if it was goingto be ready soon. The lady told me it was coming out now, so i waited about 5 more minutes, then she came back and said ?it?sgoing to be about 10 more minutes, it?s being put in now?. At this point i was getting very impatient as i have a child at homewaiting for dinner that should?ve been home 20 minutes ago. I spoke with the manager who was very kind and gave me a refund, butas for the rest of the staff... sad excuse for professional employees. I recommend going to literally any other location. Read more
Called store per the notification after 2 attempts to order online for delivery, only to be told to keep trying! Screw that!
