Epic Wings has amazing food, beer and customer service!!! I love the employees here in Santee!!. That being said, however, I... must say that for the past month, the AC has been broken! With temperatures of 95-105 outside, that is NOT OKAY! A group ofbuddies and I are regulars here...sometimes twice or more a week, and the temperature in the dining room is the only downfall! Icertainly hope that the AC in the kitchen is working better, and the employees aren't having to work in even hotterenvironments. Sweat in food does not sound appetizing at al, so I'll choose to believe they must be cooler. Lucky for EpicWings, my buddies and I HATE Buffalo Wild Wings! Next week is the beginning of football season....a very busy time for thislocation...might I suggest getting the AC in working condition by then? Still love you guys, but disappointed. My family and I visited the Santee location today and really enjoyed it. They were pretty busy for a weekday afternoon. We were... helped fairly quickly and received excellent customer service from a cashier named Muhammad. He was friendly and verypersonable. The dining room was clean, the utensils/drink supplies were well stocked and patio area seemed well maintained. Thewait for the food did not seem very long and everything came out steaming hot and tasted amazing. The woman that brought ourfood (didn't catch her name) was very nice and asked if she could get anything else for us. We ordered a chicken strip familypack, fries and a pizza and everything was delicious. The breadsticks were light, fluffy and garlicky. Even the ranch and bluecheese dips were good. Muhammad came and checked on us while we were eating and even offered to refill my drink. I was veryimpressed with the service considering the restaurant is more or less "fast food."
