The service completely killed it for me unfortunately. It was my first time this morning and was unaware they prefer their... orders online. The man taking my order seemed quite rude about it then became super annoyed when I wanted to create my ownbowl. The create-your-own is on the menu so I didn't think it'd be that big of deal.
