I have been ordering from this location for years and always had good service and no issues with the food. Last week I ordered... two cheesy breads, went home and fed my kids one and was going to eat the other one later. When I started eating the second one,the first bite smelled like gasoline! I checked all the slices and they all did! I waited to call until exactly closing timebecause it was Valentine?s day and I figured they might be busy. When asking for a manager, after complaining about the gasolinesmell, I was told she is not available and to leave a message and a phone number and will get a call back. This is the second time where we have not had our pizza delivered. We live in a newer neighborhood and the first time this... happened it was understandable. However before the pizza was delivered they had called to double check on the address andinformed me they had figured it out and would be delivering our pizza soon with no issues. So I did not think there would be anyissue, we waited about THREE HOURS to get our pizza and when I checked my phone, the delivery guy they said that I would need tocontact the store. I spoke to the manager and at first he said they would refund us our money but I told him that I wanted ourpizza. They made our pizza and we took it home. Last night we ordered pizza again and this was at 8:15 and it said it would take90 minutes. About 9:45 my fiancé attempted to call and see where the pizza was because it said it had been delivered but we didnot have it. He was put on hold for 5 minutes so he called again and then was put on hold for another 5 minutes. He called oncemore at 9:55 and again was put on hold. Their store says they close at 10:00PM but the great employees that work there decidednot to take the phone call. He drove up to the store and was told that none of them could clock back in to make the pizza and hewould have to call at 8:00 AM when the manager was there. I?m not sure how these employees are found or what the hiring processis but obviously someone needs to figure out a better way to locate the homes and there is a lack of communication. Andobviously the order was delivered to the wrong house because we are the only house with our house number down our street. Eachhome has their house number posted on the front of their house so I?m not sure what the disconnect was. This is the last time wewill be ordering from them. Read more
Food is good, always being (well when you get your order right!) The problem here is the service!!! Maybe someone there feels... angry or just straight up doesn't care about customers. Second time my wings were incomplete and because of it I wrote a littlenote asking to just please check the order, because pass time was some wings missing, well they sure did, but am guessing as adisrespect to a costumer they replace one of the wings with kidding you not a tiny little piece of chicken. When I mean tiny amtalking about a crum size! To me its more the disrespect and the poor costumer service they provide what is hard to believe!! Read more
Just poor service period. Will not honor coupon price when you get there, after saying they would honor while placing the order... on the phone. I even gave them the coupon code on the phone! Ended up paying full price and then they forgot to give me thepizza. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. I had even placed the order before I drove there. They were not busy either. Theboy at the register should probably work in the back or busing/cleaning tables, not at the register or customer service. Also,the food is not very good. I would go somewhere else for pizza. Try "Fat Daddy's pizza" or "Pizza by the Sea" just a couplemiles down the road. You will thank me later! Read more
