Our whole order was sub-par and bad. Tea was weak, smoothies with ginger had the skin still on the ginger ( had to spit it out... every sip) matcha was basically just milk, honey cinnamon latte had cinnamon stick flakes in it (not edible) and tastes likejust milk. won?t be coming back. Read more

After multiple visits over 15 years, my husband and I still love this place. Warren, the owner is easy going, gracious and... always willing to help. Located in the middle of what feels like a quaint and beautiful tropical garden, each room has a themewhich seems to fit perfectly with the setting. If you want contemporary, this isn?t it. If you are looking for different -eclectic and quirky, always spotless,with old fashioned Florida friendliness, you found it! We loved our stay! We recently stayed 3 nights in Flat 4 and everything was great. Check in was easy, room was very clean and... well furnished, and the decor was super cute! We really enjoyed free breakfast in the morning and the plants all around thegrounds. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. This is a hidden gem. We stay in the one bedroom apartment as a small family of three. A short walk to the beach, the general... store for basic things you may have forgotten to pack, and all the yummy restaurants in the grayton area. The breakfast isamazing no matter what you order. Cannot beat the price! This is our favorite and we come back one to two times a year for quickweekend getaways. Staff is friendly and the grounds are so peaceful. Read more
