Disappointing experience with my turkey leg. It came wrapped in foil and Saran Wrap. The skin of the turkey had the appearance... of a leathery, tan old lady leg. I could tell it wasn?t fresh and it was dry, so it was clear it had been sitting in a heaterfor a day or so. Bummer experience, but their different sauces were good and my boyfriend enjoyed his nachos so not all bad. Ijust wasn?t impressed and wouldn?t recommend the turkey leg. Read more

One of my favorite food trucks ! The sauces are all insanely good and such a great variety. If you love sauce, they have a lot... of different ones. sweet, hot, vinegar, and hot sauces and bbq seasoning on the table. I?ve never had my passion for great saucecatered to so well. This is a restaurant you will be sad you missed if you don?t go on 30A. I had a bbq sandwich plate with thebest Mac and cheese sprinkled with the bbq seasoning and the most unusual but delicious bean, and after that meal I had toorder ribs to go, I was so impressed . The ribs were just as impressively cooked/ smoked as the sandwich meat. It?s very easy totell they put their passion and love into this food, and handmade every part. Every detail has love put into it down to greatbuns/ bread and perfectly cooked pasta. I ate so much on my visit to this great town in Seaside, but this was my absolutefavorite. I would give this place a zero if I could. Visited the area from GA for the weekend, and I got a half rack of ribs and they was... the WORST ribs I ever ate. It was very soft and smelled & taste like straight GASOLINE/ LIGHTER FLUID so awful I couldn?t eatit. Then I paid $4.50 for a watered down lemonade $28.87 down the drain in the trash. BBQ sauce was ok but defeats the purposeif the food isn?t good. More Read more
I thought the BBQ and meal was good, a bit higher than normal but was to be expected for the location....I guess. The problem I... have is the fact that you hit me with a 15% gratuity for me choosing to do business with you. It was I that stood in line for 20minutes just to place the order, half of the time was spent watching call in orders bump me but I can live with that. What Ifind unacceptable is you charging me 15% for taking my order and then handing it to me. And just because OTHER shops in the areado it also does not make this right. Think about it. Update: Yeah sure, its all my fault. I guess while I'm waiting there toplace my order I need to not only look over the menu but also be looking for warnings and disclaimers posted about what all I'mabout go pay over when I hand my credit card. Yes I know its CLEARLY on my receipt, that is how I learned about it to beginwith. Doesn't do much to help AFTER THE FACT. Stop blaming your customers for doing business with you or because other shops doit. Trust me when I say it will NOT HAPPEN AGAIN with me. I don't mind paying gratuity for good service but that is the point,it should be MY CHOICE and not the choice of the establishment and forced upon me. Hands down, the best barbeque in the NW FL area. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of care put towards creating the... perfect bbq. The owner and his wife are really sweet local business owners who genuinely care about the community. Read more
