My Daughter and Granddaughter braved today's heat and had lunch out with me at Taco Bell at the end of Farmers Lane. We pulled... in the parking lot to our choice of a parking space as all, but one space was available and every parking space is wheelchairaccessible. We thought they were closed or not allowing the public to dine in, until we arrived at the wheelchair accessibleentry way and entrance doors along side a very sweet and bubbly young lady who was an employee of Taco Bell who welcomed us inwith a great smile and enthusiasm. It was a relief to get out of the days heat, I'm sure everyone can relate to that with ourrecord breaking temperatures! I was disappointed to learn that Taco Bell is still not offering their mexican pizza, which was amistake to remove from the menu in the first place and to not bring it back is another mistake. Just saying... We ordered andwithin a couple minutes our order was ready! Great, I thought! Except my order was missing a main ingredient. CHEESE! I'd ratherwait a few minutes and eat food I enjoy because someone put some love into it and took the appropriate time in preparing myfood than a cold thrown together lacking un-meal. I'm sure Taco Bell has plenty of cheese, but quite a few other Taco Bells arealways lacking cheese. One or two short strands of cheese will not cut it, k! I noticed they do have gender neutral bathroomswith codes longer than your zip code to gain entry. They are nice a big for wheelchair access and easy maneuvering. The servicewas great and the atmosphere was comfortable, but unfortunately the food has really gone down hill. I'm going to give someother Taco Bell locations a try. This Taco Bell is convenient for lunch. The staff are great no complaints in that regard. I can't put my finger on it but... there's something off every time I go here. This time it was too much sauce, too many jalapeños, and it wasn't grilled toorder. Read more
I?m nearly 60 and I?ve been going to the Farmers Lane Taco Bell since my 20s. The Wednesday Night crew this evening was firing... on all cylinders. I have never in my life seen/eaten a more pristine taco and burrito supreme anywhere. It was artistry. Visualpresentation and mouthfeel from expert building/folding was on point. The angels sang Hallelujah as I unwrapped the neatlyfolded paper. The service was happy and friendly, johnny-on-the-spot, and the entire experience heavenly! I have been to this location numerous times and I always give it another chance after having bad experiences foolishly thinking... that it must be an isolated incident. I have been served on multiple occasions, burritos of widely disparate sizes, oftenmissing ingredients. (Today I received the world's smallest grilled cheese burrito sans grilled cheese. See attached photo).Other items are often similarly incorrect or made without care. Read more
These are all the same burrito but each one is a different size and all of them are poorly wrapped and wrapped on the wrong... side, the tortilla stuck to the wrapper, in the same order they used the last of the 3 cheese for the chalupa we had but didn?tbother restocking it for the chipotle chicken melt and used just regular cheddar, this store has no care for the customer,especially when it comes to delivery, I?ve had several orders from this store doordashed to my home only to receive half myorder, the wrong order, no sauces (even when ordered) and no napkins, soda flat or not restocked (soda water,) these employeesneed to be restructured and retrained Read more
