Went in with no expectations because the reviews r so mixed, but WOW was I pleasantly surprised:) We got the Philly cheese steak... sandwich, chili cheese fries, kids grilled cheese, taco plate, pulled pork fries and the Chile relleno plate.... All of it wasvery very good Fresh and hot and all the food has such good flavor! Personally the Philly was awesome and exactly what I wantedthe bread was soft and toasted on the inside it was wonderful. Fries weren't soggy even under the chili cheese... Super yummy! Carne fries is huge - probably can eat off this for the week, lol! Got a mangolada too - very yummy. battered... mushroom - delicious, and the chicken burrito was seasoned really nicely. Flavorful, fresh and pretty good value! I'd eat hereevery day but it's about an hour out of my way. Read more

Yum! Today was our second visit to Ritchies. My bf got the same as two days ago, Paopla's disaster milkshake. He's hooked. I got... tacos on Tuesday and today, chili fries. Both were so good. Planning on trying something different in our future visits. Theplace is clean, the people are super sweet. I am a blonde hair woman. Pulling this black hair out of my taco was disgusting. Never again will I eat here. Nasty food. Beans... and rice are watery no flavor. Staff is friendly. Will never come here again. Try it for yourself and give this place yourhonest rating (not sure how this place has 4 stars). Save your money! Go to the closest dumpster, you'll find better foodthere. This is the best fast food I’ve had in Santa Rosa! Great portions and prices, the food is tasty and the menu is different! My... food arrived hot and picture perfect, I had carne asana fries which are delicious. RITCHIES is a must try! Update: I had to addpics to show how these carne asada fries are a hit every time!! Great food. My coworkers and I shared their beer-battered mushrooms, egg rolls, Jalapeño poppers, BBQ chicken sandwich and... their meatball sandwich. Great customer service, will definitely order food from here again. Read more
