I used to eat here religiously but now I'm addicted to the Peach Mountain Dew. Although when you get a big giant one for four... bucks it's kind of embarrassing to drive around with the colonel in a urinal for reals. As silly as it seems, I am rating them 5 stars because they have chicken... All the other KFC restaurants in the area run out of... the most popular pieces of chicken before 7pm! This one always has chicken available. The worst is Windsor KFC/A&W Never havechicken available after 6pm. Read more
Asked for 3 chicken littles, got given 3 old, good sandwiches. Had to go back thru drive thru, they took the sandwiches, waited... 30 seconds, then gave me back the same three sandwiches, then told me they were freshly made. They were still cold.... Laziest ppl I’ve ever dealt with, not competent at all. I call and ask if I can come pick my order up at the door. They say... yes and I order. I walk over there and they see me at the door for over 15 min and refuse to make eye contact. Finally theyrealize I’m not leaving do they come to the door I explain I ordered online and they said I can pick it up at the door. Theyrefuse and tell me I need to walk on foot threw the drive threw. They don’t have a half a brain cell between the 6 man crew.I’ve watched ppl order online and pick up at the door all Covid. So you can come to the door and tell me to walk around butyou can’t hand me my food. I will never buy food from this chain again in my life. Read more
The food was delicious but I can't give it higher than a 3 star... Service was horrible. My order was not correct and the person... at the window didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I had to ask for sauce at the window 3 times each time they handed me 2packets I ordered $20 worth of food and you hand me 2 sauce packets then when I asked for more I was given only 2 more packetsand with a mean look. After ordering online, which was a bear, I went to the drive-thru to pick up our meals only to find they were out of most... everything we ordered. I asked about what I had already paid online and was told that I would have to ask for a refund online.Not so easy! I ended up having to email the corporate office and eventually did get a refund, but like I said, it wasn't easy. Read more
