The prices for each item have gone up, but the food is still decent. One big problem, is that the people in charge are... struggling to stay on top of helping new employees in training, and they took too long after I placed my order! Everytime we order here, something is missing. For paying the prices we pay for this specific fast food you would think they... would make sure everything is correct. Paying extra for a meal and then to pay extra for the criscut fries, to not get them. Notworth the gas to pay more to drive back to get criscut fries, which would be pointless cause the rest of the meal would be cold.Just not worth it. Read more

Worst possible Carl's Jr. on the planet!! Hands down!! I live nearby and sometimes we need a quick fix. This has to be the... worst possible fast food restaurant ever made. I honestly make the drive to Healdsburg to avoid this place if I can. Theemployees are the rudest, most aggressive and incompetent people and the management is just as bad. Please avoid this businessif you care for at least half ass decent or at very least the risk of some jerk messing with your food. 99% they get yourorders wrong or just plain out give you someone else's order and they never give you the receipt and rush you on thru. Andbecause I know they don't get orders correctly I honestly check my food either before driving out the drive thru or in theparking lot. The multiple times I have been asked to drive on by employees there has always been an issue with my order and eventhough I just drove thu, when I kindly walk in to get it corrected there is always been a harassing manager ready to fight meabout my missing or wrong items. They demand a receipt even if my order is still viewable on the screen knowing darn well theypurposely don't hand them out. I have also known several employees personally and they do purposely mess with people's foodjust for kicks, which is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard.
