It's KFC, what can you say? I tried the new chicken sandwich, but was left hoping for more.

Decent costumer service. If you ask me to food is way over priced. We got a family 12 piece meal for $45 dollars. Was not worth... it . The chicken was thin and the mash potatoes tasted dry and stale . I mean really $26 dollars for the chicken was not worthit . Also took them 15 minutes to give us are food. Read more

Decided to get chicken sandwiches at kfc rather than chick fil A. Because last time I got chick fil A they were really skimpy... with the meat.So I'm in a city called Santa Paula, I've never been here and never herd of it before. Workers don?t listen what want order. I ordered mush potatoes with no gravy and got gravy. The workers said sure you don?t want... gravy. The lazy workers refused to make more extra crispy chicken because they said they were closing soon. They weren?t closing for... another 48 minutes. This is the third time in a month that they ran out of cooked extra crispy chicken (you gotta wait 20minutes every time this happens) but this time they completely refused to make more. They should be serving customers until theyclose. Not refuse because they don?t feel like making more and wanna go home early. If they don?t wanna do their jobs, give itto someone else who needs it. For starters they didn't have any paper receipt to give me a receipt and they didn't have any butter. But what really irritated... me was that I got a famous bowl but I told them with no chicken and no gravy Make it gluten-free and they did not there werepieces of chicken and I could not eat my famous bowl because of health reasons (I cannot eat gluten) So if I did not look at myfood before eating I probably would have ingested it and been really really sick.
