Per their website hours, our party arrived just before 5pm, hoping to beat the crowd. Your front desk clerk was nothing but... AWFUL, rude and clearly needs customer service training or a new career. First, she said we would have to wait until 6pm asthere was "another resevation". The place looked like a ghost town. When she spoke to our party, she stated not once but twice,"Oh, we SOMETIMES take walk-ins but most people have reservations." That's NOWHERE on your website nor the premises. Had it notbeen for the specific dinner request from my saint of a father, I would have walked out. He wanted to treat us, as a family tothis restaurant that he and my mother have been coming to for YEARS. It was my first time here. Eggplant Parmesan was awful since the eggplant was fried. Pasta bolognese was okay. relative expensive restaurant, service was... ok. Live piano music on the Friday evening we were there, cosy atmosphere. Read more
Food was pretty great. Split a simple ceaser and lasagna with my partner and it was lovely.
