One of the place where you could get ?The Dhaba? food. Ambience is OK. Food taste is similar to what you can get on roadside... Indian dhaba. Being Punjabi eatery, was expecting to have Tandoor oriented dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Rotis. That is kindof late down. They have ample parking space. Read more

This place is ???? ????. The building used to be a Mexican restaurant and a market at some point. If you've never lived in... another country that's going to throw you off. They are focused on the ingredients and the food not the décor. The food isfresh and delicious. The family is in kitchen cooking so you are pretty much getting a home cooked meal. During the week theirparking lot is busy with truckers coming to pick up orders. The spice level is excellent (spicy from herbs and seasoning notchile peppers) The rice is perfectly scented (I can eat the whole container by myself and I rarely eat rice.). The Naan was warmand had great texture. I am not vegetarian but pick veggie meals to judge/rate a restaurant by. If you can make a greatvegetarian you can cook anything. The aloo Gobi was amazing and just as good the next day. The Naan repeats well in the airfryer as well. This place is definitely worth going out of your way for especially on a long road trip. If you're not soadventurous try the butter chicken with rice and Naan. Read more

Best Indian restaurant on way to Yosemite. People are friendly, your can ask them to adjust spice level as most of the things... are made fresh. Parathas are must try. Read more

I ordered the chicken tikka masala. It was more of a chutney. It also had a sweet flavor such as pineapple or possibly mango. It... was super spicy. Tasted nothing of usual tikka masala sauce. The naan was a disappointment. Poor quality bread. The rice wascold. The rice would probably be the best thing they have if it was warm. I'm not coming back. Then they charged me for adifferent meal, which was $1 more. Not worth the price. Read more

Inside of Joe?s Village Market, across the street from Starbucks. Authentic Indian, freshly cooked upon ordering. Must try: 1.... Mix Paratha (thin layers of cooked dough stuffed with herbs) taste even better than the usual Naan. 2. Goat curry 3. Aloo Gobi(made with potatoes, cauliflower, and Indian spices) Perfect highway 5 stop, equipped with few tables, bathroom, village markerswell stocked to pick up items after Indian delights Read more

Just order. It?s good. I know what you?re thinking. This kind of has a ?gas station sushi? vibe. Don?t worry, it?s delicious.... I?m 100% sure it?s the best and most interesting food in the area. I ordered the butter chicken with rice and Naan. Tons offlavor and absolutely fresh. And yes I put ice in my beer! Thank you Vietnam for that genius idea! Read more
