Cashier's name was ROCIO; she was very rude. She argued with me when I wanted to change my order to brown rice, and insisted... that she can't change our order anymore, even though we haven't paid yet. I asked her nicely to change our order, but she wasstill upset. When I talked to her about her attitude and customer service, she sarcastically said "I DONT CARE!" They alsoserved us hard to chew rice that looks like its recycled. If I could, this place would get 0 stars. Read more

Let?s be honest this whole ?eco-friendly? plates, bags, cup lids, and specially forks is not meant for this type of food. I?m... tired of my plate being soggy because of the cardboard plate, and the fork not being plastic to actually grab food with it.Everything becomes soggy sense the plate and the cup lid is made out of cardboard. The paper bag isn?t strong enough to evenhold a plate. Please bring back the foam plates and plastic forks at least. Read more

There used to be a Yoshinoya close to where we live. It closed several years ago and we rarely ever have seen one in our travels... around San Diego County. So when the opportunity came up on a day trip to Los Angeles, we jumped at the opportunity to revisitthis eatery. We were very disappointed! The menu selection was limited but worse than that the food came out luke warm and wasnot very palatable. We visited early in the evening and even at that time the staff had put up all the chairs on the tables inthe seating area so the only seats that were available were the handful of booths, which is not our preference. Only one in thebathrooms was available so there was a wait to use that as well. Overall, we were not impressed! Read more

Amazing Japanese cuisine! Hands down one of the best places I've tried in L.A. petit place with big vibes. Make a reservation... because it's usually packed. The Japanese mushroom mix bowl is phenomenal! The sushi is also fantastic. The beer is big and theservice amazing. You'd want to go well dressed since it's a very sheek environment. You really don't wanna go looking liketrash. There is valet service, so consider that. The check for a party of two is average ($140 tips included) And I'm talkingabout leaving with a full belly and a staggering walk. I recommend it very very much. Big parties, small parties. It's a mustgo! Read more

Careful when ordering via the Yoshinoya App. I picked up my order and it looked like someone picked at it and was old. When i... ask the manager if i could have a fresh one made she told me to go f myself and to talk to corporate. i walked out leaving myentire order behind. No food, out $40, and left feeling insulted. Rose who is the manager had the worst attitude and zerocustomer service skills. The cashier Stacey tried to fix the issue but was stopped by her manager. Give Stacey the managementposition. She is more willing to help but clearly had her hands tied by a manager who had a horrible attitude. Read more
