They do not accept call in orders they intentionally had the phone off of the hook when we walked in empty no customers very... confusing customer service very very very poor. This place is so disorganized and gross. All the employees didn?t know what they were doing. The cashier did not care for the... customers order. She was chewing gum obnoxiously. I asked her for a simple thing and it took her 15min to get it while she wasjust in the back talking to her coworkers, until I had to tell her again. My food tasted bad and it was cold! Decent food here but the real tip is to avoid during school hours. The college is across the street and the high school isn't... far so kids pack this place in. They have the cool soda machine that gives tons of flavors and that's a bonus. Parking lot istiny and constantly cramped. Homeless everywhere. Read more
