TLDR: Horrible service but good food. The only reason this review is receiving 2 stars is because the food was good. We ate... here twice this weekend due to the kids wanting too, but I don?t think they understood the slow and terrible wait service wereceived. On the first afternoon we ate there they sat us quickly, gave us our drinks and took our orders fairly quick. But thenthe kids foods came out, and the adult selections came out about 15 minutes later. Drink refills were sporadic and additionalrequest were forgotten and we had to ask 3 times for an order of chocolate milk that we told they were working on. The serverwas neglectful or inattentive at best after taking our orders. The second day we headed there for dinner, against my desiresbut the kids wanted it and the two mothers in the group were okay giving them a second chance. We showed up around 5pm on aSaturday. We were told it would be an hour wait. And were told we could wait in the area or receive a text and then have a 5minute grace period to show up. We chose the text. We received the text at 5:27pm and checked in at the front desk at 5:29pm asthe kids wanted to run from the nearby Forever 21. We were told the table still needed to be cleaned off and would be another 5minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes they told us that our table was given away as we weren?t there fast enough after beingtext. I told the lady that the other lady had told us to sit and wait for the table to be cleaned off. It seems like our initialpoint of contact was either a trainee or possibly incompetent at her job. The lady apologized and said they would get us atable. 5 minutes later we are seated and that server was overall pretty decent. When the water was brought out and had lemon init. That?s our fault for not asking for no lemon. But we asked if we could get 2 without lemon. The waiter came back quickly andthe two people said the water still tasted of lemon. Stopped in for my husbands pre birthday dinner. Came on a Saturday night and waited 45 minutes to be seated. We had the dynamite... shrimp and chicken taquitos for the appetizers and it was delicious. The food came out piping hot. The streak was made perfectlyand the Fettuccini Alfredo is always great. My family treated me to dinner and picked this spot. It is absolutely beautiful inside and the food is great. We did not make a... reservation but the hostess found us a great booth style table in under 20 minutes. I ordered the fish and chips because I wasnot paying. Stopped in for Brunch to celebrate my daughter?s birthday. We were seated very quickly on their beautiful patio. For those... concerned with social distancing, their patio is set up perfectly. I enjoyed the Chicken and Waffles Benedict (see pic). Weloved the pretzel and cheese, as well as the roasted artichoke appetizers. I would also highly recommend their Mai Tai?s!Everyone in our party found something they enjoyed. I love Cheesecake Factory! The portions are always huge for me! My favorite is the Cheesecake Factory Luau Salad! I always order... that no matter what main dish I get. All the dishes are amazing and tasty! Staff is super nice and very polite! Me and my familyalways a have a great time at every Cheesecake factory we go to. I'm glad it's all over the world! Stopped by The Cheesecake Factory , Santa Monica location after doing some shopping . It was relatively slow and I was greeted... with a warm welcome by the two male host. I sat outside over looking the promenade, and the view is amazing. I started with somedelicious dynamite shrimp and let me tell you, they were amazing. My partner and I?s first time trying Cheese Cake Factory, and this restaurant did not disappoint. Huge interior, inside and... outside seating, really great views. Food is out of this world, great portions for a great price. Very tasty, the cheesecakejust hits the spot after such a delicious meal. The service is unbeatable. Had a fantastic dinning experience.
