The customer service was great. The food was nice and fresh but a bit too greasy and expensive. Overall experience was good.

One of the better restaurant experiences I have had in a while. Tara, the restaurant owner even explained how she makes her hot... sauce from chili peppers sourced from her backyard. They also have like 10 types of naan; it'll take you a couple visits to runthrough them all. Read more

We came here based off reviews and everyone is right it is phenomenal. I haven't eaten this good in awhile and I didn't want to... stop.. We ordered the buttered chicken which was so smooth and creamy, and we dipped garlic Naan into it which will take youover the moooon. We also got the momos (chicken and veggie) which were insanely good i can't believe the quality tbh. We alsoordered rice (i can't remember the name but check photos)and the chicken chow mein which were of course absolutelyexquisite. At first I was hesitant to spend this much, but friends it is worth every penny. Read more

Himalayan restaurant across from the Brentwood Country Mart. Came here for an early dinner on a Sunday around 5:30pm and there... were a couple other tables already seated. They were a bit slow to seat us, but they let us sit wherever we wanted. The menu isstraightforward and they have a good array of vegetarian and vegan dishes. They brought out a complimentary appetizer with amashed sweet potato sauce to accompany papadum (crispy thin flatbread). Naan is extra (only four pieces that amounted to onewhole naan piece for about $4). It’s family style, and came with two big servings of basmati rice. The jackfruit curry was thebest dish in our opinion, as it was smoky and the jackfruit was cooked well. The goat curry was bone-in and had similarly smokyflavor. The chicken tikka masala and butter chicken were interchangeable, although the butter chicken was really sweet. There’s a gender neutral bathroom in the back, no free WiFi, street parking (no lot), and they do take credit cards. At thetime of writing, they don’t have alcohol but are working on getting their liquor license. They were cool enough to bring inour own alcohol, so you can pop across the street to the liquor store (although it’ll be like $8 for an IPA). The waitress andwho I think is the owner were very nice. It got busier towards 7pm but there were still seats available. They do delivery aswell. Read more

The owner and staff here are super nice. The decor is really nice and relaxing. A very Buddhist vibe. The portions are a... little small and the prices a little high but that is to be expected for this Brentwood area. We particularly enjoyed the ChowChow noodles and the different Nan breads. Read more
