Last Sunday, May 8, 2022, I've did order a 6-inch Turkey Melt with an unlimited serving of a 20-ounce Diet Coke out of my mobile... phone. Great sandwich, fresh veggies, fast and friendly service, really enjoyed it, except for the online order that didn'tapply with the online coupon code when I spent with the entire amount of $13.10, so I went in-store and bought the same orderabove for $6.43 more, the first/refund amount of $13.10 did not go well in that same store. It had a big misunderstanding, and Idemand to do something against that same store location right away. Otherwise, if those incidents occur again, that location(625 Montana Avenue) in the city of Santa Monica will close down, just like the one they did for SUBWAY's sister location (20700South Avalon Blvd.) in the city of Carson. Feb 3rd, 2022 Got a foot long Italian Herbs and Cheese with double turkey. Great sandwich, fresh veggies, fast and friendly... service, really enjoyed it. Kudos for the team members and management. But I guess their prices had gone up slightly. $12,99 iskinda steep for just a sub. Read more
Recently I have been going and one of the workers a female has very bad hygiene. She has a lot of dandruff all over her hair and... work shirt. Please have her show up clean. I literally had to throw away my food bc I kept thinking of her dandruff all over myfood. Read more
Poor service from the short fat dark girl,I've ordered my food online, I've shown up and they have started my order , half way... into my order, 4 people walked up and they began their orders ahead of mine when I ordered before them, and I told the lady Iwas ahead of them, and she replied rudely, " u have your order now dont you"? "And replied in spanish to her co-workers, "haha Imade this stupid fool wait", 30mins later after she told me in 10min, she should be fired! I'll never eat here again!! Furious!! Read more
I went there to buy some sandwiches for my office. 2 people ahead of me and two employees. i waited patiely to be helped. i got... the front of the line. no customer at this point , none of them even looked up to say hi or i'll be right with you. they keptdoing what they were doing. it took a while till i approached and said i have to be back. apparently one was mixing salad orsome order. i walked out and left but someone needs to tell them to acknowlege the people. very unfriendly . my office is veryclose but i went yo the one on wilshire and 14th. same food but much better service. Service was fantastic - they greeted me when I came in the door. The man who made my sandwich was quick but not hasty or sloppy... so my sandwich turned out very neatly and was loaded! I always get the veggie delight and some subways really skimp out onveggies or everything is just falling out. This sandwich was perfect. It's not a huge place but there were some empty tables.Meal deal still going on - you get a cookie if you get a meal. I had the apple pie cookie - it was good! Read more
This place is amazing. Their place is always clean and the staff is really really nice. There's parking in the back too.... Needless to say I will return since this is the best subway I've ever been too. The young man even held the door on my way out.Really nice area too. Read more
