Last Sunday, May 8, 2022, I've did order a 6-inch Turkey Melt with an unlimited serving of a 20-ounce Diet Coke out of my mobile... phone. Great sandwich, fresh veggies, fast and friendly service, really enjoyed it, except for the online order that didn'tapply with the online coupon code when I spent with the entire amount of $13.10, so I went in-store and bought the same orderabove for $6.43 more, the first/refund amount of $13.10 did not go well in that same store. It had a big misunderstanding, and Idemand to do something against that same store location right away. Otherwise, if those incidents occur again, that location(625 Montana Avenue) in the city of Santa Monica will close down, just like the one they did for SUBWAY's sister location (20700South Avalon Blvd.) in the city of Carson. Poor service from the short fat dark girl,I've ordered my food online, I've shown up and they have started my order , half way... into my order, 4 people walked up and they began their orders ahead of mine when I ordered before them, and I told the lady Iwas ahead of them, and she replied rudely, " u have your order now dont you"?
