Only had white milk. I ordered and paid for chocolate milk. Seems like a simple exchange. ?Can I have a sprite instead with... the meal?? ?No. If you order chocolate and we only have white we give you white?. Seems logical in bizzaro world. Horriblecustomer service. Read more

Really really bad customer service. We asked to pack a foot long separately and they just cut the sandwich and gave us the... wrapping paper and told us to do it ourselves... I hope subway investigates this and encourages the staff to be more respectfulof the customers. Read more

So as subways go you know what your getting, the thing that really messed this trip up was the fact that even though I bought 2... sandwiches, I was still not allowed to get a water cup, or use the bathroom. It was 90 degrees outside and did not want to buya whole drink. So there you go. Customer service here is Bad and it was this lady that had the biggest attitude. Read more

Coming here the second time, one of the worst experience. This shop has absolutely no manner at all, especially,the manager is... so rude and mean and insulting experience. I do not carry credit card this time and had limited cash so I have to ask forholiday special ( 5 dollars on other stores) but the manger said not on Santa monika and the only one is meatball with 7.50 so Igo ahead with it. She just put slices of vegetable and when I ask for more vegetable and she said will be difficult to close, Isaid no need to fold. She told me only olives nothing more and she did not even ask me for what kind of dressing just finish itto ask me to pay. She even extend her craziness, I was told by a pedestrian in front of the store when I went out to get rid ofwater from water bottle to refill from subway. This pedestrian told me that I have drop off 3 dollars from my pocket.Thepedestrian is affirmative that I drop it. Then the manager came out and told me it belongs to another girl and pointing thestore nearby and shouted to me:?do not touch her money. ?0So I went to the shop nearby asking anybody drop 3 dollars fromsubway nearby but everyone shakes their head so I place it on my table while having the subway to hope someone will come toclaim it. Then this manager, begin to tell her staff in Spanish, I do not know what that means but guessing from the look fromone of her staff I know she said bad things about me. Since no one came to claim the 3 dollars,I told the shop that I will putback where it belong. When I turn around after putting back the 3 dollars ( the pedestrian quickly pick all the money)thismanager said to me:? you are lying !? She is so insulting and no idea what she is saying about and did not respond when I askher so I told the guests in the shop what happened and how lousy I think this whole is.
