I?ve been a loyal customer to this establishment since the beginning of 2015. Been there numerous times and for 7 years and... counting, I?ve always been acknowledged by the workers, other loyal customers, and even newcomers. This is the place for Bostonsports and it?s considered my place to be because I?m a Patriots fan. Until 2021, I felt great and never feel disappointed aboutthe vibes from the people I know?.until the beginning of this football season of 2022. The first two times I was here, over 3/4of the workers are all new, but after all these years being in this pub, I would never experience something cold from the newwaitresses. The people who know me very well knows exactly where I sit and before this, the previous barbacks took time to helpme like they acknowledge their customers. However, this season is a lot different and they seem to be kept to themselves likethey don?t want to multitask?. I can be wrong but the last thing I checked, the day I was here for the Pats game against GreenBay, NO ONE helped me AT ALL!! I?m like, am I invisible or what?? I even try to get one of the barbacks to help me out but afterfew tries, no avail. I was appalled the entire day and it was unacceptable on their part. I?ll give a shoutout to Sydney who didher best to help me out when these ?I?m too busy? barbacks did nothing? the worst part ever is that the blonde waitress placedmy food orders on the wrong table and had me to go get it myself?. That was extremely unprofessional and I refused to tipbecause of how I feel that day.. As a loyal customer working in the front line on customer service, I know what it?s like to gothrough thick and thin on every customer?s concerns and they give me mostly good feedback because of how I operate with mymanners and integrity. I would hope that these barbacks can learn this little piece of what I write here so they can tune uptheir skills and do better. We stopped for a quick drink and bar app on our way from LAX. What a great find! Our fantastic waitress, the relaxed atmosphere... and the cold drinks were exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend making this a stop! Read more
3 dart boards and you don?t have to ask for the darts! Drinks are ok. I only ordered food once (salad with chicken) and it was... truly terrible. Giant pieces of wet lettuce with some shredded prepackaged carrots sprinkled on top and tasteless dressing. Read more
Thanks for being open on Christmas Day :) we are football fans and craft beer lovers. Going here is like hitting two birds with... one stone. Lots of TV's! We were able to get at least one decent IPA and one good stout. They were so busy but our food came ina timely manner. I wasn't that impressed with my order of Curry with forbidden rice but my husband finished his veggie burger.Excellent customer service though ???? Read more
Onion rings and fries are on point. Burger is okay, both the patty and buns were incredibly dry and unseasoned but comes with... generous veg toppings (also very naked). Good mix of crowds. Read more
