Cute little coffee bar in Santa Monica. A little ways away from the beach, and not great for parking (much like the rest of... Santa Monica) but the coffee makes it completely worth it. Great coffee in Santa Monica. Both the pour over coffee / Filter as well as the (dirty) Chai Latte were good. Although the Chai... was my clear favorite as you can perfectly taste both the espresso shot and the tea. Read more

I stopped by Primo Passo one morning and had an iced latte. Coffee was ok, not spectacular, neither anything to complain... about. There are seatings both inside and outside on the sidewalk. The store is bright and clean, service was friendly. Lookslike a good local spot to hang out. Read more

The barista was nice. They made a good, though not great Americano. It was too bitter. No where near as bad as Starbucks. But it... definitely tasted like the water was too hot for extracting good espresso. I also had a chocolate chip, chocolate muffin.Unfortunately, it was slightly over baked and honestly tasted, and the texture was like it was about 2 days old. This placenormally goes through their baked goods quickly, so this surprised me. Maybe it's not their fault. Maybe the bakery they usesent over some older muffins that day. Pictured is their New Orleans style cold brew and am already consumed slice of coffee cake; both of which are exceptionally... good. The cold brew I opted for is lightly sweetened and has a nice amount of almond milk to tie it all together. As I wrotethis review I was nestled back at a shared work space bar top where everyone was courteous, kept to their work, and made it alla rather calm and enjoyable experience. We came here based off of a glowing recommendation from a friend who used to live inthe area; I?ll say that their red is on point and the shop is fantastic. Read more
