I asked if the vanilla ice yogurt was full fat, the cashier looked completely dumbfounded by such a simple question. She... replied, ?yes.? Guess what ? It isn?t. It was nonfat. I?m so tired of nonfat frozen yogurt. I guess I can only dream of 80?syogurt shops that never had fake yogurt with restricted calories. Have been going to this Menchies since it opened. Quality of the yogurt has severely gone downhill the last few months. Yogurt... on several occasions has been either runny or icy. And to make matters worse the staff has followed the yogurt going downhill.Machines and store aren?t as clean anymore. While my family and myself frequented Menchies about once week that will be nomore. I have given them more than 3 strikes. Pinkberry and Yogurtland will have our business from now on. Read more
