I always came Whole Foods with my friend for lunch, and even though I walked by groundwork coffee, I didn't tried their coffee... and tea but one time I tried their coffee and tea. I get addicted with their products. It is really test good, and reason testgood is that they have organic tea and coffee, and those organic tea and coffee are same price another coffee shop price. Alsothey have honey for using tea. It is really make test good for tea. I can tell honey also is good quality. Also, they have nicemanager and employees. Anytime I came with my friend they are so friendly. I don't understand how this locations receives a 4.5 star rating??? I started coming to this location when it first opened, It... was fantastic! Excellent service and excellent quality products! Over time, the product quality shifted to cheaper ingredients(only to return back to quality ingredients). Overall the service became slower and just plain bad. The drinks weren't even madeproperly. The employees are constantly having private conversations and the customers are just an after thought. Is this reallya business? Inconsistency is the norm. I just stopped going to this location all together. If it wasn't for the constantprofessionalism of one employee, DJ, this place would deserve a 1 star! Management needs to wake up! Haven't you noticed thatthe problem is within not with the customers. The employees don't know what customer service is!
