There was no internet when I visited here( 1993/4) but I will never forget my first real American burger,the service was great... and the folks there liked my cockney London accent and I ate their burgers practically every day of the whole time I wasvisiting los angeles.i have great memories of great burgers and great staff.ps,I still have my treasured T Shirt. Burgers are great, just avoid the lunchtime rush. Kids out of Santa Monica High School are always crowding the place so go... earlier or later than lunch. Wings are garbage so stick to burgers. Read more
Rude manager. Ordered a burger and fries and a cup of water. After I paid the guy said they ran out of water cups. I said what... about the regular cups? You can watch me pour water in? He asked the a manger (larger Hispanic female) and she said no. Whathorrible customer service, especially from a manager. Do not recommend. Great staff, made a last minute stop here to this location for the first time, and wasn't dissapointed!
The ?works? was missing in action in my burger. Just the pickles tomatoes were found. The milkshake I ordered didn?t taste like... chocolate at all was more like vanilla or melted cream, just to say it was like eating a raw burger. The food, the milkshakefrom this place on 6/6/22 was the worst I?ve ever had. I will from now on continue to shop from the marina del rey location evenif I have to pay for delivery. If I had tasted my food and milkshake before getting home I would have requested a refund andgive the items back. Nasty nasty nasty experience. First and Last. Read more
