My family and I came to visit Santa Monica for our annual California trip this year and this was our first time actually staying... in Santa Monica. Go here! If you?re looking for by far the most delicious chicken parm you?ve ever had; it?s here. The bread -you can?t even compare it to any other bread, so soft and buttery, yum. It was so good we actually went two days in a row. Theirpizza dough is exceptional and the toppings and level of cookness was pure perfection. Not to mention, the staff is kind andfriendly even at closing time. If you are from here, try it. If you?re visiting it?s a great family establishment also with aseparate bar side for the parents to have a good time too :) thank you for meeting and exceeding our foodspectaions on our trip! We ordered lasagna and eggplant parmesan with a side of Caesar salad. The salad was about as good as something I could assemble... from the grocery store with packaged croutons and a store brand Caesar dressing. The lasagna was undercooked and had cheddar forsome reason. The eggplant parmesan had an ok flavor but was also massively undercooked. Both of these dishes should have brownedcheese on top and the cheese was barely melted. The eggplant should have been very well done but the center still had a tough,chewy texture. Absolutely great tasting food, kid friendly and great value. Just wish the space was a little bit cleaner overall. Blinds and... windows were pretty dusty, slightly sticky seats and a couple fruit flies were hanging around. Read more
Came in at 6, (happy hour is 3 to 7 pm), there were happy hour specials, and they were amazing. Portions were great, hot and... delicious. Server was nice and responsive. My favorite was the 1/2 half fire braised ribs that came with fries. The pasta bowlwas my 2nd favorite. Side of meatballs were 2 giant meatballs that were soft, good and with alot of sauce. Went during lunch time and was pleased with their overall menu. Went for the half sandwich and soup of the day which was Clam... Chowder. Their garlic cheese bread was absolutely delicious. If I am in the neighborhood again wouldn't mind stopping by andtrying something else on their menu. Read more
