My companion and I had nice meals here, and the service was fast, as is typical for a Chipotle restaurant. I had a steak and... rice bowl, and there were plenty of vegetables to enjoy in the bowl as well. My companion was not too hungry, so she got a kidsmeal, and I liked the way that was presented. Such small servings it?ll make you switch locations permanently! I have had it about up to here and unless the servings start to... resemble any other chipotle IN THE WORLD, it is so worth the extra mile drive to the San Vincente location. If you want your day ruined, come here. The only thing this Chipotle is consistent about is their poor customer service. I once... ordered a bowl and bit down on to a giant piece of porcelain from one of their cooking ware. YIKES. The staff is rude and makesup their own pricing. I live down the street from this chipotle. I keep coming back because I get hungry and generally chipotle has a solid... food/dollar ratio. Not at this location. Portions are consistently small and employees are rude. Mobile orders without fail showup with close to nothing in them. This place is a bummer. I always end up mad and not full. Read more

I ordered on the app and received our order quite quickly. All 3 orders were missing major ingredients including cheese,... lettuce, sour cream, guacamole that I paid extra for. Tried calling and sat on hold with robobot auto line and finally walked torestaurant only to be greeted by rude employees and am now on hold with corporate because apparently the store doesn't want todeal with the fact that they missed multiple ingredients. I still don't understand how that happened. I looked at the receiptand all the right ingredients are on there. I was already upset as I am home sick and just trying to get my family fed easilyand quickly but the rudeness of the employee/staff set me on fire. Chipotle is always good. Ample portions for a reasonable price. It?s fast yet you can decide how you want your dish prepared.
So its my first time visiting this location and I hope for me as well as many other people it will be the last one. I've never... seen such incompetent and unfriendly staff in my life. 2022/10/21 at around 9:30pm she just wrapped up my burrito withabsolutely no consideration that that abomination she just threw together had to be eaten by someone... She forgot someingredients and my burrito was so big that it couldnt even be wrapped the whole way around and things started falling out. Thewhole reataurant was super dirty and the counters were super dirty aswell. Do not go here it is absolutely crazy bad,unhygienic and staff is super bad. Read more
