I loved the ambiance and decor. I opted for a simple breakfast of a cappuccino and some Greek yogurt, hard to mess that up, but... it was lovely. The server was very attentive and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would visit again to try someother items, and highly recommend if you're ever in the area. Read more

This definitely is a restaurant where you are paying for the ambiance and the kind service from the waiters. There were a few... mistakes that occurred throughout the dinner but they were swiftly rectified and we were not charged for the mistakes. For theamount of money that we paid I would have expected a little bit more whether it be in quantity of food, quality of the food, orless in regards to the errors that occurred with our orders. I feel we overpaid in general and would only return if the costwent down despite how enjoyable the atmosphere would be be for an area to propose to a significant other. We paid a $150 for 2people and did not even order any alcohol or desert. Read more

Amazing views of Santa Monica pier and the Pacific ocean. Warm fire pits and friendly service with good food.

Thursday morning breakfast. Good vibes due to the view. Service was good. I was surprised at how much food we got. Normally I... expect barley enough food when you're dealing with a restaurant attached to a hotel where the prices are $$$, but I wasdefinitely given enough food to get full. The waffle was really good. I'd suggest the waffle. Read more

A bit disappointed with this restaurant. Went there for Dine LA Week for dinner. We had high expectations with this restaurant... as it’s in one of more prestigious hotel in Santa Monica. The service and foods were on the mediocre side. Upon our check-in,we waited awhile before we get service. During our dinner, we hardly see our waiter. The fire pit was working only partially andwe were freezing to death. No friendly environment at all. Then came the food. I had their sea bass while my wife got theirpasta main. The sea bass didn’t seemed to be that fresh at all. The flavor was not bad but the texture of the fish was notvery appetizing. My wife seemed to enjoy her pasta. I had a bite of the pasta and the veges. The flavor was right on but theportion seemed to be on the stingy side. For the dessert, the restaurant didn’t seemed to put an effort in making them. Theyonly have ready made baklava and ice cream, nothing special. I can buy those from any bakery outside. For a five star hotel, they should at least try to make special desserts to impress their patrons. For the Dine LA week menu of $55 per person plus$10 for parking, we didn’t really see the value in this meal. Not a good deal! The only saving grace was its view. You can geta spectacular sunset view here. Read more
