Arrived home to find a hair in my jumbo jack. Called in to let them know and a rude girl answered the phone I let her know that... I bit into the jumbo jack and got the hair in my mouth and she just said ?ok? with out offering a refund or credit. And thenhung up on me m. Worst experience ever. I will never be back. That girl should be fired immediately. I use to work at jack inthe box and not once did I ever treat anyone like she did. Read more

Edit: Love the food, glad they changed their hours to be accurate now! :) Original 1-star review: I drove all the way here in... the middle of the night to find out that even though this Google page and the website for this location both say they're open24hrs, they're not. Extremely annoying. If the hours on here and this location's website are changed to reflect the actualhours, I will improve my rating. Read more
Open 24 hours is a lie!! So if you plan on doing a mobile order, like I did, make sure the place is open first otherwise you... will show up to pick up your order and it will be a ghost town. Now I have to try and get my money refunded somehow because Iwas still charged through the app even though the restaurant was closed. This should be fun??bad business that?s all I can say. Read more
