in the lobby.. they play rock music super loudly... i dont know manager allow it or some staffs play the music... but... ridicuously roud music made me sick.... it was a month ago.. i got mad at the volume... there is no reapect customer who wantto take a reat or study in the lobby. Read more

This is one of those stores that I almost never want to buy, because twice I gave the wrong thing for being unkind. However,... today it rained a lot and on the way home, I ordered to buy hot chocolate for my friends and arrived at my friend's store 7minutes later and the cup was lukewarm. I go back and complain about it, they say that the hot chocolate gets very cold in 10minutes. Is hot chocolate completely cooling in 10 minutes? And don't even say sorry So I asked for a Pike to change it tocoffee, but she asked her need a pike coffee. I was sure it was a pike, so I asked for a Pike. She said that there was no namemarked Pike. It wasn't pike either. When you call, they say they will call you back. Do I have to go back 15 minutes round tripagain? After all, I will have to find a way to get a refund from the worst family I have ever experienced. Read more
