I have never been so disappointed by anyone's service at a Jack in the box. The cashier was incredibly rude, refused to make an... item, didn't offer sauces, and on top of that got our order wrong. I don't typically write reviews but after a 12 hours shiftnothing but this place is open. We were given a small chicken sandwich instead of the spicy chicken sandwich we ordered, 8nuggets, and only 2 jalapeño poppers. It saddens me that the cashier was unable to count, or could not be bothered to. Also,without the receipt given to us, we were unable to verify how much we paid or who the cashier was. I just remember herincredibly rude attitude as her brace filled mouth told us "That's it". She kind of just shoo-ed us away. Extremelydisappointing given that we never experienced this type of attitude at any other Jack's. 0/10 stars if I could. Read more
Food is getting worse in this location. I love Jack every time but there are some location like this one where they do not care... about the freshness of the food they serve, much less of all Jack's loyal customers. I will not coming back to this location???? Read more

Good quality food. I have been to many other Jack in the box location but served food at here seems to be more organized and has... better taste. Staffs I met were nicer in my experience. Read more
