We had heard Upper Crust was great pizza so we gave it a shot. I don't mind paying for quality but the pizza's we received were... far from quality. The pizza was over cooked and dry and the salad had been not refrigerated when we picked up our order. Servicewas good but not good enough to go back. Stick to Rooftop Pizza or Bear Creek Brewery. Usually the food is great, but not last evening! I ordered a Greek Salad and paid extra to add avocado. No kidding, this is the... avocado they put on my salad!!! With this kind of quality control, makes me wonder what else they are doing... I couldn't eveneat the salad. To top it off, my small combo pizza was under cooked!! Worst experience I've had with take out in ages. Sodisappointed... Read more

Stopped here on our way through NM and loved it! They were short-staffed and still managed to be courteous and... helpful. Fantastic crust on the pie, fresh greens in the salad, perfect wings, and great selections on tap. Plus the hot saucewas amazing! Worth it for sure! Read more

Great local pizza and salad. Not sure why negative reviews but we got the combo pizza and a cheese-less pizza with red peppers... and sun dried tomatoes. Both were excellent with a New Mexico pepper punch! Also we ordered the spinach salad and it too wasexcellent. Dined on the outdoor patio and had great service. Definitely recommended and we will return next time we are in thearea. Read more

Pros: Good pizza. Crispy bottom, good flavor, good toppings. Cons: Wings were so-so and service was pretty bad. Ordered pickup,... which is a drive through window. Arrived in the amount of time instructed, but when I pulled up they told me my order wasn'tready and would I mind driving around the building and getting back in line so they could help the people behind me. That wasfine. But I ended up having to do this 3 additional times over the course of 40 minutes while I waited for my pizza. Read more

Upper Crust Pizza has indoor and outdoor seating with counter service and a drive-up window. On a late April Thursday, around... noon, we sat inside ordering a Meatball Sub ($10.75) and the Lunch Special. The meatball sub was very mild in flavor on a frenchroll with a side salad and chips. The Lunch Special was a petite 6? pizza, a side salad and a drink (raspberry lemonade.) Thepizza comes with tomato sauce and cheese but I added pesto and kalamata olives for an additional charge (Total $11.20.) It wasdelivered hot with a crunchy crust. Significant ambient noise from a loud exhaust fan and intrusive music made it difficult toconverse. Cursory customer service. Overall the lunch experience was underwhelming. We will not go back. The pictures are not the pizzas the "New Management " is serving. The new pizzas are more doughy with less toppings. Think... pizza bread with sauce and thin toppings. No longer like Chicago pizzas. The green pepper is either Hatch or Poblano, notsweet green peppers like Chicago. Its an ok pizza, but no longer like Chicago. Read more

The pizza is worth the drive to Santa Fe (El Dorado) from Albuquerque. The crust is thin and the sauce has great taste adding... the fresh toppings. Got 3 LG pizzas, my daughter took one bite and did her happy dance!! Read more
