Worst customer service ever we got our sopapillas after we asked for our ticket instead of my getting them with our meal. Jose... our servers excuse was that he was tired and his brain was too tired to work. On top of getting the worst customer service Iordered the roast beef sopapilla and the roast beef was the deli sandwich roast beef not the the real shredded beef. If I cangive a zero star I would. Never going back there again. Instead of checking on his customers Jose was chatting with his coworkers at the bar. Read more
Needed to kill some time before our meow wolf visit, super close so we checked it out. We got the tortilla soup and taco plate.... It was pretty good, the hostess was sweet and the waiter was kind and quick with our order. Hardly any wait. Overall, an okayfood experience. Read more
I don?t recommend this place. We were scolded by the manager for sitting in a closed section even though the hostess gladly sat... us there. Then we were charged exorbitantly for chips and salsa which is traditionally complimentary. That is on top of theiralready high prices for what is average cuisine. I had this place a few years ago and the breakfast burrito was so dang good that I had to go again when I came into town! This... time I had the tamale plate which was filled with flavor. I topped them with their green Chile sauce which was the perfectcombination. My boyfriend had the bean burrito with both red and green sauce and it was gone shortly after he received it. Theonly disappointing part was there were no chips and salsa given to us which is what you expect when you go to a Mexican foodrestaurant. The red sauce did not have the best flavor and the rice was so bland we had to get it removed from the bill. However, I would still recommend this place because both entrees I?ve eaten there have been delicious. The food was pretty good and came out surprisingly fast (less than 10 minutes after my order went in, and the place was probably... a third full). It seemed slightly pricier than I would have expected for what I got, however I am only a first time visitor toSanta Fe and overall prices here might be a little elevated from what I'm used to. Tortilla Flats is one of my go-to spots for breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever I go to Santa Fe. It is located diagonally in... front of MeowWolf on Cerrillos Road. The place never fails to deliver a great New Mexican meal of any of the local favorites.The restaurant interior has bright, floor to ceiling windows opposite the inviting bar with décor in warm, unfussy, modernSanta Fe style.
