Reviews for The Pink Adobe in Santa Fe, NM
After living in Albuquerque for 19 years, we know our New Mexican food. Now that we've lived elsewhere for 10 years, we get... back to Santa Fe for a visit at least 5 times a year. Our most recent "go-to" restaurant has been the Pink Adobe, Dragon Bar. You have to get there early, we got the last seat at 5pm on a Tuesday. You can't beat the $6 happy hour margaritas. And thefood menu items are 15% off. We shared an excellent Southwest salad and a bowl of green chile stew. Can't beat it! Will beback. Read more
We had the Dunnigan Steak, The Grilled Salmon, and the Whole Artichoke appetizer. I had the Black Dragon Margarita. Everything... was excellent. In fact, I've never been able to eat Brussels Sprouts before tonight, but the way they were prepared here wasamazing. The Artichoke came with 3 different sauces, and all 3 were incredible! Read more
Friendly staff, the mussels were fire ????, the cocktails you can't go wrong. We enjoyed our dinner and service was very nice.
The restaurant patio is beautiful and a must see! The drinks were delicious but the food was horrible. We never complain but all... three of our dishes were so gross. I ate one shrimp out of 7 because they tasted like rubber. My friend?s red enchilada tastedlike powdered spice. We still tipped nicely because the service was great - but the food is NOT worth $45 a plate. Read more
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Pink Adobe. Housed in an old, somewhat rustic adobe building (with real wood fireplaces... burning) it is a charming "Santa Fe" setting that feels a bit like going back in time. Steaks, seafood and New Mexican dishesare on the menu. For something even more casual check out their Dragon Room bar next door with it's own menu and Happy Hour. Read more
Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Service was excellent. Food was great. We've been eating so much these two days in Santa Fe that... we could not finish or meals, but we definitely wanted dessert. If you have time, go to the Dragon Room next door for a fewtequilas. Read more
It?s been many many years since I was last here but the place hasn?t changed a bit. Super cozy and rustic. The food was nice and... warming from the modern Manila clams in red Chile to the more traditional blue corn enchiladas. Read more
Just no, except maybe for the outdoor seating with trees reaching to the sky, or the charming small dining rooms with very nice... art. Have a drink. Enjoy the outdoors. Leave happy! We started at the associated bar next door, The Dragon Bar, & missed happyhour by 2 minutes because of sitting there waiting for service, but our fault for arriving 5 minutes before it ended. We foundout we could order dinner and it sounded unusual so decided to try it. I ordered a chili relleno stuffed with walnuts,Montrachet, and jack cheese, top with red chili and pomegranate seeds. The chili tasted pickled, or a bit sour. It was astrange combination of flavors that clashed. And it was swamped by the beans, posole, and rice. My husband's enchiladas, cheeseand chicken, were salty and ordinary. These dishes were priced at $28 and $22 respectively. Website prices are wrong. Nope.Nope. Nope. Never again. Read more
