Just stopped at this location and I would not recommend going here. The barista Rose took my order. She did not say a word to me... when she took my order. She then proceeded to make one of my drinks wrong and the other correct. They were both the same drink. And when I told her the other was wrong she waved her hand at me and told me it?s all the same thing and that it was fine andwalked off. I would not recommend this location, awful experience. Read more
My usual stop before work. I am happy to see more than one worker there when I order. It makes the customer service more... efficient and pleasant. Read more
Waste of money. I ordered a hot chocolate, it was cold out and I was chilled. The girl that waited on us spoke so fast I... pictured rabbit gnawing on clovers, I could not understand a word she said. What I got was barely tepid. "Hot chocolate?"Nope, I could have just bought a cold milk chug cheaper. I ended up dumping it out in the parking lot. That's when I saw thetrue horror of what was in the drink. At the bottom of the cup were thick black flakes, just like I see when I clean my coffeepot out at home with vinegar, the disgusting built up residue. Sanitary and clean machines? I don't think so. Blech! Read more
The gentleman taking the order was very friendly. The female barista was not friendly not happy to be working there.
Starbucks has grown and become a benchmark for the "Best in Class" coffee bar experience. However, in the quest to deliver a... uniform experience at locations across the country, Starbucks has allowed many small, local cafes to design an alternativeexperience and a superior product unfettered by the need to deliver a recognizable brand experience to the anonymous "consumer".Individuality and the unexpected in flavor, service and atmosphere are much more valuable than predictability and uniformity.Starbucks has good coffee but it is time for a new focus on the core coffee experience!
