They do not have options for you. They have a gluten free crust, butaccording to the employee who was ringing up our order, none of their sauces are gluten free. They do not have options for othermajor allergens either. We ended up canceling our order and finding somewhere safer too eat. Went @ 7:40pm to dine-in at the southwest location. After placing the order, the woman told me only to-go because they were to... close in 20 minutes. Very unfortunate, they don't do table service and not even white china is served. How much I could stay orcause to them If I was going to pass those 20 minutes? If this is the case, please close 30 minutes earlier so the employees canfinish their shift before scheduled time. This is the service is providing. Sad because the pizzas are great! Read more
This pizza is the BEST pizza in Santa Fe. I have been to nyc several times and every time I went I made sure to get pizza. With... every bite of the pizza I had from pizza centro it felt like I was back in nyc; it was a nostalgic experience! Probably the best pizza in New Mexico, at least the best I?ve tasted over the last 20 years or so. The cheese and sauce have... wonderful flavor, the dough in the pizza crust and breadsticks is the perfect balance of moistness and crunchiness. The meatsare fresh. Visiting from San Antonio, TX. We like trying pizza places from the cities or towns we travel to. Pizza Centro rates very high... on our list of the many pizza restaurants we have eaten at. Vegetables are fresh, each bite has its unique flavor of thetoppings you asked for. The thin crust had a perfect crispness to it and there was enough dough and cheese to hold all thetoppings. Courteous and friendly staff made the atmosphere that much more enjoyable. Gotta try this place if you're in Santa Fe,NM. Read more
