Food Truck- just so you know this is a food truck in the parking lot
Drove to downtown Santa Fe hoping to get some pizza at Upper Crust, but left after learning orders were taking over an hour to... be served. So we walked to Rooftop Pizza only to find out they were out of pizza dough ????. The other woodfired oven pizzeriain town was closed cause it was Monday. All the other local places we tried to eat at either closed at 8pm or were too full andhad 90 minute waits. We were about to give up but found this gem. Delicious food, friendly bilingual staff, and guess what? Theyhave a flippin\' wood fired oven in the truck! Just a word of warning, don\'t talk about Bruno... ???????????????? Found this place after an hour of walking around downtown Santa Fe, and none of the places were able to accommodate us because... we were a big group. It was close to closing time when we got there and the chef still took our orders and made our food. I gotthe pepperoni pizza to keep it simple. It was delicious! SO delicious. Super fresh and authentic; you can absolutely tell the pasta is handmade. Can’t wait to try the pizza next!
