Service has gotten worse and worse the last several years. Called in ahead for a pick up order. Was told half an hour. I know... they?re usually even longer so waited even longer to pick up. When I arrived food wasn?t ready and the woman who was servingcould not even say when the food would be ready?5 mins? Another half hour? She couldn?t say. Best food in Santa Fe! If I had the money, I would eat here every day for the rest of my life. The pho makes me want to die, the... crispy noodle stir-fry makes me want to die, the avocado milkshake is absurd, I've never tried anything from this place thatwasn't amazing. Too much fish sauce for me. Can you please make a deep b vegetarian broth for all your soup choices to be vegetarian? Not... everyone wants fish sauce!!!! Or hot water. You could use veg boil lion and veggies! Please! Then I would eat here weekly.Thank you! Read more
Fair at best. I think I got a almost a half a meat ball in my pho. The noodles were good. Place probably needs staff like... everyone else. There?s way better pho to be had in Santa Fe. If your hungry and need to eat okay. But if you plan ahead you canfind better. Read more
We went there for dinner this evening and we had a horrible experience. This is not the first time we've eaten there, but this... time it was more disappointing and dysfunctional than ever. Unfortunately, we like the food, but the service is terrible.Actually, we left stressed because it felt like we were in an emergency ward in a hospital. People coming and going and walkingbetween tables. First, the female server was very unfriendly and rude. The restaurant was packed especially with people waitingat the counter to pick their orders up. She was on the phone the entire time taking orders while she was also serving. Theserver cleaned our table without saying hello leaving the table wet. When she threw our menus on the table they stuck to thetable. We has to wait at least another 1/2 hr. or more to order. She was on the phone at the same time we were ordering ourmeal. Not once did she smile or show any interest in us. When the food arrived several more minutes later, she threw it on thetable without napkins or silverware or any garnishes which are supposed to accompany the Pho. We finally saw another server whowas from the kitchen that was helping on the front end and asked him for the missing items. This female server never oncesmiled or acknowledged us in any way. When we were done with our meal, we had to go up to the counter and wait in line in backof several people to pay. No one thanked us or cared about us as patrons. It's a real shame that this restaurant doesn't knowhow to treat people in a friendly and hospitable manner. Because of this, we won't be patronizing this restaurant anymore. Walked in maybe 1.5 hrs before closing and they ran out of Pho. But that's okay the very nice waitress suggested the beef soup... or "Bo Kho" and it was delicious! Hit the spot and settled my craving for some Pho in this town. We're from Houston areawhere Pho restaurants are a dime a dozen. I could only find three locations here in Santa Fe, NM. This was a good choice as wehad a very attentive server, & the soup is definitely worth noting for anyone willing to try it you won't be disappointed.???????? Read more
