- 5:30PM Order Placed - 6:10PM Tracker says delivered (it was not) - 7:00PM I give up on reaching them after being on hold for... almost an hour I mean this is really ridiculous. I don't see how you can be too busy to pick up the phone when most of yourbusiness is from phone and online, and you are clearly not fulfilling online orders, just charging money for them! Now I have togo out of my way to try to get my money back for a product I did not receive after waiting almost 2 hours with nobody informingme they could not fulfill the order upfront. Read more
Screw this place! They always mess up the order or they or they don't even make the food at all and then you call them to ask... what's happening and they leave you on hold for an hour. I can't believe this location is in business. The level ofprofessionalism is none. The customer service is terrible, the food could be way better and they are horribly disorganized.Tonight we ordered food at 9:30 and they took a hour to prepare it and then it took another hour to "deliver" it, and we calledto see what's going on and they said that our order is right around the corner then we wait 30 mins and they cancelled our orderand then they refused to answer the phone. So end of the story we didn't get what we paid for and we wasted our time. I don'tthink you should spend your money here it's a messed up place. Read more
They are slow because they are understaffed, like everywhere else. Probably never order delivery unless you don't care if it's... super late because they rarely have delivery drivers available. I always get pickup, which they discount the food for abit. They get our orders right 90% of the time but make sure they include all your dipping sauces.. they do NOT put them in thebox and that is my only issue is them forgetting my garlic sauce. Read more
This place always tells me they are working on a pizza. I order on the app and it tells me that it?s coming, but it doesn?t... come. I call, and they lie to me. Seriously, they lie to me and tell me they are bringing pizza and they don?t do it. I?velived in five different states where dominos would always deliver, and this is the only one that lies to me. I hate them. Thisis horrible. I?m currently on hold about a pizza that the app confirmed an hour ago but I think they are closed. Read more
