Place is clean and very well kept. Staff was super friendly and helpful and food was good and fresh. It's nice to have faster... other options in Santa Fe than your typical fast food options. Read more

The food was tasty ???? however, it's like a Subway set up, food is not made to order. Everything is prepped beforehand kept in... little storage bins on the front counter on top of some warmers, if they made the food fresh to order it would be way better!nobody wants food that's been sitting there all day. I know its fast food but almost $16 for a steak bowl with dried up steak? I've never tried Chipotle. Will never try again.

At 10.00 for a little beans and a little chicken, tho good I can eat out and be served this similar meal. When I do not want rice... and ask for extra beans in place of rice I am met with a look like I'm asking too much, ridiculous as rice and beans are thecheapest in market prices. Tho I enjoy this food the burritos come with far less food than a bowl and cost a bit more, reallyshould consider, also the bags of chips used to be nice and full but recently they come with much less and not as flavorful as inpast years, its corn tortillas,so I go home to my two dollar stack and make my own that last a week or more, tho it would be nicefor the up in price chips to return with same crispness, flavor and amount. I have had chipotle in the past from Albuquerque NM and it is very delicious everything is fresh made, but this chipotle in... Santa Fe NM cannot compare to it. I have had chipotle from Santa Fe various multiple times in the last years and every time I goI get very disappointed on the quality of food freshness and temperature. And today again I gave it the benefit of doubt andstill disappointed again, idk if the owner of this franchise location in Santa Fe is aware of this, but the food is not hottemperature, the quality of freshness is not so good at all, if I was the owner I would be very much concern of the quality offood and service. I am sure that if this chipotle in Santa Fe was aware it would be very much busier than expected. Therestaurant is clean and maintained but the quality of food and temperature and service is not the best. I would not recommendthis chipotle in Santa Fe NM, I would definitely recommend any chipotle in Albuquerque NM. You will see the difference inquality and freshness. Read more

The chicken here is not like the chicken at any other Chipotle. Maybe they cooked it too long? It was more shredded than usual.... Whatever they did this is the best Chipotle I've ever been to by a long shot. Like Sante Fe has some of the best southwesternfood in the country and I'd be down to skip it and get this. And they stacked my bowl to the brim ???????? Read more

The place is run by a bunch of kids who don't know how to roll a burrito. I didn't even get salsa with my order. My burrito is... dry and tastes awful. Staff are not friendly or helpful. Lots of rice but hardly any meat. 11 bucks for a lousy burrito! Read more

Been going to Chipotle for over a decade in other states. This one just opened amidst local controversy. The food was still... delicious and I liked that they have a mobile app since the last time I ate at Chipotle elsewhere. The staff is all new sincethe store just opened so they seem a bit frantic and stressed, but still getting the job done quickly. Since I ordered throughthe app, it says my first order gets free chips. When we asked for them, they didn?t seem to know and declined, then changedtheir mind and gave them to us. Getting in and out of the parking lot takes local knowledge. I didn?t remember that beer was ontheir menu, but it is here. I don?t drink so that makes it less family-friendly to me, although I didn?t see anyone drinkingwhile I was there. Selling beer seems to be about demand and profit because it goes against their principles of local, freshfood and environmental friendliness. Read more
