After many friends tell me about this place I gave it a try since it is very close to my house. Disappointing doesn't begin to... describe how I feel about it. Sat on New deck, server did not greet us until after I was there for 5 minutes and asked serverfor menus, water, etc. I wanted a specific bottle of wine that was in the wine shop but not on the winelist. Server informed methat the $40 bottle of wine will cost me $115 because there is a $75 corkage fee!!! I was in the wine industry for over 30years. As a national sales manager I traveled and dined in every major city in the US and this was by far the most ridiculouspolicy I have ever heard of. I was not going to pay the stupid corkage fee so had a beer with dinner. Server lost out on muchbetter tip, arroyo vino lost out on much higher check, and I will never go back. Food was overpriced but well prepared but notenough to bring me back. Read more

Patrick Osteen delivered with an amazing performance and rendition of the Iliad. The food was pristine and the service was... smooth. The beet orange salad was refreshing . The octopus was tender , not chewy , and the chickpea skordalia was delicious, one of my favorite parts of all the dishes . The roasted eggplant and sort of a flatbread was great it was like a tapenade andwas delicious. The lamb meatballs were the star dish , the white bean stew reminded me of a chick peas and pasta dish my grandmaguido made growing up. The yogurt sauce was light and refreshing and I’d like to try and replicate it someday . The Branziniwas perfectly cooked you could pull it right off the skin, the spinach and oregano on top had a very earthy tone and went wellwith the grilled flavor. finally the desert was great. It was like a flaky delicious giant wonton with apple cobbler inside ,the ice cream and pistachio was incredibly pungent and new to my palette but I enjoyed it as a last bang ending . The food , theservice and the theater entertainment was one of the nicest dinner experiences I’ve ever had . Read more

Very helpful knowledgeable staff at wine tasting event on a Saturday. We arrived late but was able to accommodate us. The... selection of 5 wines were excellent. The shop itself had plenty of variety and quality wine and hard to find wines too. Thereare some good deals on certain bottles too. Read more

Update: Unfortunately, my last 3 meals in a row were marred by substandard food or cold standoffish service. The quail appetizer... was like navigating a minefield of bones and skin for $25. I hope they get their groove back as I’ve had some wonderful mealshere in the past. Arroyo Vino knocked it out of the park. The dining room is elegant and simple. The overhead lights are alittle bright and there's a lot of bright light that spills in from the wine shop, but not a problem. Mary Francis was ourwaitress; she was perfect. Professional and knowledgeable service with spot on timing for checking in on us without hovering orrushing us. The wine was spectacular; rest assured they know their wine and will help you find a bottle perfect for yourmeal. For starters, I had their garden fresh heirloom tomato salad with burrata; perfectly seasoned. Halibut for the entree wasflavorful and fresh---flown in that day. The ingredients and spices were simple and lovely; not trying too hard. Desert was aperfect olive oil polenta cake with homemade lavender ice cream and their spiced seared oranges. I look forward to returningsoon. Read more
