I love Starbs but I?d love it more if more people were passionate about their barista skills and reused to let shots die... ?. It?s like rolling the dice these days finding stores that are consistent . But The fact Starbucks will make your drink rightregardless of what town you got it in . Kudos for sure cuz there is nothing else worse than paying for a $7 coffee that tastelike bitter ***** . Anyways , coffee addict for life over here and my French press is my best friend !! We came, there were maybe 5 customers in the store. It took about 5 minutes for one of our drinks to come out. When it did, I... informed the barista we ordered 2 of the exact same drinks. He said someone else was making the other exact same drink and itwould be out shortly. More customers came and left. The cashier laid her head down and napped on the register for a bit. I nevergot my drink. 2 stars because they refunded without an issue. I think this store was picketing recently, maybe they?re just notthat motivated. Just a great reminder to shop local! Read more
No crafting station means you have to ask for everything; sugar packets, milk, stirs, cinnamon powder, etc. No drive thru
Everybody at this Starbucks is so nice and always make my day when I come in with my pup. I got the cutest mini pup cup with a... little dog drawn on it by Calvin when the store wasn?t busy today and i really just appreciate the energy of everybody there. Read more
Standard coffee chain location in a prime location in Santa Cruz on the way to beaches and down town. Great marks for parking,... fast service, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Poor marks for no available bathroom and no seating indoors oroutdoors. Spot could be improved by providing seating and restrooms for customers. The staff is friendly which is a plus! Wouldbe nice to encourage customers to stay longer by having amenities! Read more

COVID Isn?t an excuse to not have a bathroom for customers. If it?s not safe to go to the bathroom, then it?s not safe to dine... in. Drinking coffee and not being able to use the bathroom can end up feeling pretty miserable. Read more
