Good service overall
I?ve had the matcha before and loved it. This time it was too bitter. After giving it a try I asked if I could have a bit more... sweet coconut cream and was told that they are not allowed to add anything to drinks after they been tasted. It?s unfortunatebecause the matcha was not enjoyable. I would have liked her to provide additional cream in a separe cup for me to add tocup. Nice clean facilitate. No restrooms. Read more
I used to work here, and almost everyone is hard working and friendly. Except for Amanda(? Dirty blonde ponytail?), I hope that... supervisor got fired or reported for employee abuse. My coworker and I quit because she made us both cry. I think about thatgirl sometimes and I wish I had been braver and reported her to our manager (Maria?) We bought 8 smoothies here between 2 separate days. Every single one was full of chunks. Something is off on the blenders or the... freezers? Smoothies have never been that chunky at other jamba locations. Read more
