Food was gross honestly, drive thru lady was rude. Asked for ranch and she was like NO. I tried a variety of things because I... hadn't had Jack in the Box in a while and nothing was very edible. The food was cold and gross. We waited in the drive thru for at least an hour. It was also expensive for fast food . It cost 40$... for two people and we just ordered reg shakes fries and burgers for two people. It was a real let down. We were so hungry andafter spending $40 dollars our meal was basically inedible! I have visited this location more then 10 times, it?s by far one of the slowest restaurants I have ever been to. To call this... fast food is kinda a joke. Either your gonna be in the worlds slowest drive through line, (last time took me 30 mins) and I wasonly the 10th car in line. But it took almost 45 minutes to get food late night. Also their accuracy for custom orders (like nomustard) is pretty bad. I think the funniest thing about this location is their screen actually says please insert a floppy diskto continue for the drive-through order screen, but they will still take your order via speaker. Also don?t be surprised if ahomeless person approaches you in the drive-through line and asks you for money. Read more

This place smells like it was mopped with dumpster water, and the floors were sticky as soon as they opened. The restroom is... for customers only(that's fine) but they make you order first, and then if you don't order enough they say it's broken. That'sfunny, it wasn't broken 30 seconds ago before I ordered my coffee. I was actually waiting a good amount of time before theyopened so that I could order an actual meal but because their place smells like a sour dumpster I'm not going to eat anythingfrom here. We were passing through and the family needed breakfast so we stopped here. Not very informative staff - they just want you to... get over with the purchase so service was cold. I ended up not ordering anything cos personally their menu is very unhealthywith minimum vegetarian options. My husband felt a bit queezy after eating his burger. Restrooms available inside. If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I had a DoorDash pickup order for the text message ready to be picked up I arrived at... said place 25 to 40 people inside. Lady says who is next I walk up and she was completely rude says the following- you need towait behind 40 people then I?ll help you kinda attitude never will go back and I am a local can?t believe the disrespect.
