Good pizza but they seem to be going back to their old ways of decreasing the area of toppings and increasing the crust.

Pizza is very good, the portions won?t disappoint

So much good great food for a great price! We loved the pizza, dough is perfection. Would have loved to give 5 stars but the... place is so dirty, (would have given a 1 but the food was great, so 4 it is) the floors were filthy and it was lunch time anddead, looks like it wasn?t cleaned at night and all morning. The arcade area looks like it hasn?t been swept for months. Clean the floors and wipe down the tables and chairs to make a pleasant dining experience. Will definitely order again, buttakeout, can?t stare at all that filth while eating, I?ve never seen a restaurant that dirty in the dining area. Vincenzo's Pizza is my favorite pizza place! I've eaten at/picked up/had delivered from Vincenzo's Saugus for at least 20... years, amongst their previous locations. The pizza itself is exceptional, high quality and plenty big. We ordered my favoritethe other night, the Esperienza, and we were not disappointed. The toppings were fresh and plentiful.... The dough...is oneof the highlights which separates this pizza from other places.. I love the thin, slightly crisp, base holding all thetoppings.. then you get the real treasure.. the pillowy fluffy "handle", that I call it. There's some seasoning ever so slighton the crust that makes it all good. This is definitely a 2 handed pizza slice, and the pizza is all the better for it. Alsoordered some chicken wings which turned out really good. They are sauceless wings that are seasoned to perfection, slight spiceto them. They were meaty and flavorful. I'd have to say the service is good here... The guy who took our order didn't seem towant to be there... He wasn't rude or anything, just kinda there to do his job. When I went up to order pizza a little bitlater, the lady counting out the till seemed much happier, energetic and eager to assist us. Overall, Vincenzo's is still myfavorite place.. it's too bad I don't live nearby any longer, but I always visit when I'm in the area - like the other night. Igo out of my way to visit the Saugus location because I've always felt the food is better at this one.. I've been to the otherSCV locations and, while still good, there's just something about this location that makes it taste better. Read more
