Reviews for Tea Elle C Garden Cafe in Santa Clarita, CA
Delicious tea, great food. Customer service was exceptional. Small 5 seat waiting room was a little rough, when there were... about 12 pole waiting (including my group of 4). Wait time was only about 20 min, which was also pretty good for a Sunday. Wehad tea, sandwiches, a few desserts, and some delicious scones. Great experience overall. Read more
Good place to have a brunch.
This is my favorite place for breakfast. The teas and the food are so good. Never had anything here that I didn't love. Service... is always great. The chicken mushroom wrap is to die for! Read more
Very cute tea shop. Their food and drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is great. My only recommendation is to either not go... at exactly lunch time or make reservations in advance because it gets busy especially on the weekends. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation for a group of 8 seniors and we hoped to enjoy a classy tea and... lunch. When we got there we were led to a back room that had not even been set up. There was no table linen and it was 3 smalltables just pushed together. The tables didn't even look wiped and the mirrors were filthy and had smudge marks on them. Thewaitress was okay and had a lot of patience with taking our order, but the food was awful. The ciabatta bread was hard, theFrench toast one of our ladies ordered was hard to chew and when we told the waitress she just said "sorry" but did not offer tomake it right. I've never seen an "orange" lobster bisque before but that was the soup of the day and it was as watery aschicken broth and no lobster to be seen. The tiny servings of dessert we ordered at the end were the best part of the meal. Thedirty room we were served in, the sloppy presentation of the plates, the silverware wrapped in paper napkins and the plasticwater glasses were very underwhelming. On the way home the ladies said it was the worst place they had eaten out of everyouting they had gone on. I was so embarrassed. They had been looking forward to this. At least we could have had a clean roomwith nice linen. I used to love coming here and am not sure what happened. Below is a pic of the mirror and the size of thesmall tables. Now, imagine 4 of those pushed together to seat 8! So the worst part is they added 18 percent gratuity on thebill so we tipped them twice. The ladies were in such a hurry to leave that we didn?t check the bill thoroughly. I hope thisplace can make it right. Here is the photo of the room and the dirty mirrors. Read more
I have been going to the tea gardens regularly for many years. The large variety of teas means there is something for everyone... and they can be ordered hot or iced. There are many options from delicious eggs Benedict to lighter more healthier dishes. Theyalso have a wide selection of sweet treats. While they are very popular it is still easy for me to grab a quiet table on thepatio and unwind with a good book. Read more
We just had a Victorian Tea Party for my little girl's birthday.. Initially there were Mix-Ups and we weren't seated for 20 min... at our special table. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Overall the food was wonderful and delicious. The Tea's where amazing! We tried chocolate and lavender rose. The scones where out of this world with Russian sweet cream. Our waitress was veryfriendly and accommodating, thank you Mandy. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed our time and had enoughfood to take home extras. They even brought to-go cups for our extra tea. I would come here again! It made our birthday girlfeel very special. Read more
This is a great place for tea, breakfast, brunch, or lunch. It is so nice to have a place that offers tea that you can just... drop in on. They have a nice indoor and outdoor set up and don't take reservations unless it is for a group of 7 or more. Inaddition to a wide selection of teas, they have sandwiches, salads, and egg dishes. My only complaint is they don't have lemoncurd for their scones. This is a nice place to meet a friend for a bite, treat your child to a fun treat, have a small party,or just treat yourself. Gluten free and vegetarian options are available and they feature a daily soup. The staff are alsogreat. Read more
